REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At HUNGRI, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

â€Ē Ordering the wrong size
â€Ē Change of mind
â€Ē Preference changes
â€Ē Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
â€Ē Buyer's remorse

Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

â€Ē A description of the issue
â€Ē Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. HUNGRI is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
